Contract notice: auxiliary heating plant
Creation of three identical chimney systems for oil and gas boilers, each with an output of 15 mw, consisting of: • free-standing, one-piece support pipe made of s235jrg2 with a total length of 32.9 m and an outside diameter of 1,220 mm, outside with stainless steel cladding • roller-bearing, stainless steel exhaust pipe aisi 316ti ( 1.4571) with a total length of 32.9 m and a diameter of 1,004 mm, wall thickness at least 2 mm according to statics • circumferential measuring platform, cleaning platform, continuous safety ladder • muzzle vibration damper as required • connections for flue gas line dn 1000 • exhaust gas silencer, standing next to the chimney with a length of approx. 7.5 m• connecting line dn 1000 (1.4571) between silencer and on-site boiler systems• creation of fitting pieces for the silencer for emission measurement• including anchor cage (to be delivered in advance)• static calculation of all components
